Ancelotti joins Chelsea so this could be the end for Adebayor + other transfer speculation
Today it was announced at 10am that the new Chelsea boss would be Carlos Ancelotti formerly of AC Milan. He has publicly shown his interest in signing Adebayor and now the funds are definitely there it should be clear that Adebayor should leave Arsenal!
Personally I have never been that greater fan of him even when he scored 30 goals a season simply because he scored at a ratio of 3 to one golden chances therefore not making him that good.
His work rate is utterly poor and I would undoubtedly prefer a striker with a better work rate like Huntellar or Dzeko who could easily replace him being that build.

Anyway that it for today folks!

Adebayor’s not a point blank strker, let him go and sit on the bench at chelsea or where ever Ancelotti wants to take him to. Let go, I won’t miss him.

Sorry guys. No such luck. He is staying. He has said so and so has AW.
By the way you guys should wake up. You want to replace a close to the peak striker like Adebayor who ranks No. 5/6 for goal scoring in the Champions league 2009 (despite having an injury wracked season) for some unknown quantity who will spend the half of next season understanding the speed and power of the premiership.
Thank God your not our Manager eh!!!!!!

Ade will stay and will show us again why he is such a talented player. No one will be more dissapointed in his season’s effort than himself – he will want to prove a point. Despite everyone criticising him for his poor finishing, these statements are unfounded when you see his states in comparison with Torres and other strikers.
