Tottenham have bid for Crouch accepted. That leaves Arsenal alone to land Huntelaar! Plus Fiorentina will agree personal terms with Eboue on Tuesday.
Good news for hopeful Arsenal fans; Portsmouth have accepted a bid for Peter Crouch from Tottenham – Source Sky Sports. This must surely mean that Redknapp has ruled himself out of signing Huntelaar which could be a major breakthrough in our so called attempts to sign him.
With no other known competition Wenger now may be much more inclined to make a bid and sign him. Who knows by the end of next week the player may be ours!

Channel 4′s website has reported that The Viola have agreed basic personal terms with Emmanuel Eboue and that transfer guru Pantaelo Corvino will fly in to London on Tuesday to agree terms with the defender/midfielder. I am not sure whether I would want Eboue to go but to get near enough £10 million for him would be great because a better replacement could be found with that money.
What are your thoughts on the two issues? If Eboue does leave who should we replace him with?

Klass will be an excellent buy, if it actually happens. I’m not getting too carried away just yet.
Eboue should stay but I couldn’t blame him if he leave after the way our fans have treated him.

Name a suitable target to replace Eboue, i.e able to play RB and RM, works his bollocks off, doesnt demand higher wages and holds the squad together in training and in the dressing for less than 10 mill.

I would keep eboue he is a good sub, i dont know who wegner will replace him with? willshare is more talented but hardly any experience

Are you lot off your bloody heads? I admire Eboue for his return, but the man can’t pass, shoot, defend…his best asset is crossing the ball. Going forward? Yes, but he always plays a poor pass once past the half way line. I’m alughing laughing hystericaly at all of your romantic notions. We need to id the club of week links; Senderos, Eboue, Silvestre…As for the notion he was a world class right back? GET REAL! He allows people get their crosses in, and pulls out of challenges. What planet are some of you people on FFS. Do you even watch Arsenal play?

Eboue does not want to spend a season as a sub. £10 million for him sounds like good business if he wants to go.
